I also wanted to voice my opinion because I found so many negative Panic Away reviews online calling it a 'scam' and other b.s. that I wanted to set the record straight because I've actually used the product.

And if we lose this battle we will somehow lose control of our body or pass out of maybe something worse. The Panic Away program instead encourages us to understand what panic attacks are and to embrace them when they occur instead of fighting them or running away from them. When I first read this I found it hard to believe. It went against everything I had been taught before.
But the Panic Away system reminds us that panic attacks are not an actual 'real' threat but simply a false alarm of our body's fight and flight mechanism. The perception is that there is a threat when there actually is no threat occurring. Its all in the brain. It's false. It's an illusion.
